Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2015-126, entered into by West Coast
Arborists, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, originally dated July 8, 2015 and as previously extended
and twice amended, the time period of the Agreement, as amended, is hereby extended for an
additional two-year period, from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021. The insurance certificates
are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions
of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
