EXEMPT FROM RECORDING FEES PURSUANT TO GOV. CODE ¢ 6103
RELEASE OF LIEN FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES
The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California,
does hereby release that certain real property, as further described in Exhibit I attached to this Release,
from the lien for payment of certain development impact fees as created by the Development Impact
Fee Deferral Agreement entered into on February 10, 2015, by and between the City of Santa Ana and
1901 FIRST STREEET OWNER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which was recorded on
February 18, 2015, as Document No, 2015000084855, Official Records of the County of Orange,
California ("Agreement').
This release pertains only to the property described above and does not extend to any other
propert(ies) identified in the Agreement. This release of lien is executed and recorded pursuant to the
provisions of California Government Code section 66007.
