Re: Extension of Agreement 4A-2016-234 to provide whicic totvittg and storage services
Dear Mr. Humphreys.
Pursuant to Section 3 (''fWo ") of Agreement No. A-2016-234 ("Agreement") entered into by bletropro
Road Services, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 16, 2016, the time period of said Agreement
is hereby extended fur an additional one ( I) year period, from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020. The
insuraitce certificates are required to be extruded andtor retuned to cover this extension. All outer tetras
and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and In Full force and efibet.
