Re: T250 Target and the Bristol Place Shopping Center
Proposed 15 foot high monument sign

Target Corporation (Target) fully supports the proposed 15 foot monument sign which Mr. Greg Fick has
submitted on behalf of the CP Bristol SA LLC and Target for the above identified shopping center. Target
and CP Bristol SA LLC have made substantial investments into our buildings and site at the shopping
center to update them and be market competitive. The addition of the 15 foot sign on Bristol will allow the
shopping center to be on a level playing field with the other shopping centers located on Bristol. Target
and CP Bristol SA LLC and the City have worked through a number of iterations on the sign and we are
pleased to have the proposed sign ready for the Planning Commission approval. The staff report
(Variance No. 2018-09) accurately articulates the hardship and Target appreciates the time and effort you
have invested in this application and we look forward to the Planning Commission on October 8th.
