Planning Commission Action :The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive public testimony,and will take action on the items described below.The Planning Commission decision is final unless appealed within 10 days of the decision by any interested party or group. Project Location: 815 North Bristol Street, Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan (SP- 1)zone. Project Applicant: In-N-Out Burger Proposed Project:In order to facilitate the operation of a new 1,794 square foot restaurant (In-N-Out),the applicant is requesting approval of:(1)Conditional Use Permit No.2019-13 to allow dual drive-through lanes;(2)Conditional Use Permit No.2019-14 to allow after-hours operation until 1:00 a.m.Sunday – Thursday and until 1:30 a.m.Friday – Saturday;and (3)Conditional Use Permit No.2019-17 to allow walk-up window service. Environmental Impact:In accordance with the California Quality Environmental Act (CEQA),the proposed project is exempt from further review pursuant CEQA Guidelines Section 15302,Class 2, Replacement or Reconstruction.This exemption applies if the new structure will be located on the same site as the structured replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structured replaced. Categorical Exemption ER No.2018-43 will be filed for this project.
