To Whom this May Concern:
My name is Loretta Schwary I live at 5214 West 5th Street Santa Ana Ca . I would like to address some concerns as
I have been experiencing may continue or worsen if this project goes forward .Cafe NGO address at 414 North
Euclid St Santa Ana Ca Is having customers park In residential area homeowners cannot park in front of their
homes. 402 North Euclid would be Right next door to them again parking will be a problem not to say they also
throw their trash In the street so how would this correct the parking are Homeowners get parking permits . Who is
responsible for Graffiti on their building which is still on 414 North Euclid . As to 402 North Euclid other concerns
with the medical center are there Biohazard chemicals etc how is this being disposed if any . Their are children
within the radius and school should their be concerns for the children . No speed limit signs on streets. No divider
lines on streets.No signs at Cafe NGO Do not park in residential area or throwing trash in residential area . Our
concern is for the community and families to have a safe environment.
