Pursuant to Section 5 ("Extension Periods") of the above -referenced Lease Agreement, entered into by
Greyhound Lines, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated November 15, 2016, the option is hereby provided
to Greyhound to extend the term of the Lease Agreement for one year, or through the period ending
November 30, 2020. Greyhound shall agree to this extension by signature below. The insurance certificates
are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the
Lease Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
