over the age of eighteen years, and not a party to or interested in the above

language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a

BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CA
The City of Santa Ana encourages the
public to participate In the decislon-
making process. The following notice
is being provided so that you can ask
questions, make commands and stay
informed about projects that might be
important to you. We encourage you to
contact us prior to the Public Hearing if
you have any questions.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - The City
Council of the City of Santa Ana wit hold
a public hearing N consider General Plan
Amendment No. 2019-02, to re -designate
the existing land use designation of Low -
Density Resideneal (LR-7) b General
Commercial (GC) for the property located
at 402 North Euclid Street. As part of the
overall project, a variance to allow a
reduction in lot size and a reduction in the
required sheyard setback was also
requested and approved by the Planning
Commission to facilitate construction of a
new 3.705-square foot medical office
building. At its regular meeting on August
26, 2019, the Planning Commission by a
vote of 4:e adopted a resolution approving
Variance No. 201944 and recommendetl
for the City Council to approve the
General Plan Amendment.
Meeting Time and Date —This matter will
be heard on Tuesday. October 1, 2019
at 5A5 p.m. th or thereafter, in e City
Council Chamber. 22 Civic Center Plaza.
