Pursuant to Section 3 of Agreement No. N-2019-050, entered into by Chambers Group, Inc.
and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 19, 2019, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for
an additional one (1) year period from February 19, 2020 through February 18, 2021. The insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and
onditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
