This notice is being sent to those who live or own property within 500 feet of the project site or who have expressed an interest in the proposed action. If you challenge the decision on the below matter, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission or City Council of the City of Santa Ana at, or prior to, the public hearing. Planning Commission Action: The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive public testimony, and will take action on the item described below. Decision on this matter is final unless appealed to the City Council within 10 days by any interested individual or group. Project Location: 2500 S. Fairview Street in the Light Industrial (M-1) zone. Project Applicant: AT&T Proposed Project: The applicant is requesting approval of the following land use entitlement: Conditional Use Permit No. 2018-16 to construct a new 60-foot wireless communications facility disguised as a mono-eucalyptus. Environmental Impact: The Planning Commission will consider a determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines – New Construction. Notice of Exemption, Environmental Review No. 2018-82 will be filed for this project. Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701. All persons interested in this matter are notified to appear at this time.
