("Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 7, 2017, the Agreement was extended on January 28, 2019, for a one (1) year period from February 7, 2019 to February 6, 2020. By operation of this letter, the parties agree to a third and final extension of the term of this Agreement. The time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from February 7, 2020 through February 6, 2021. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
