Hello Mayor and members of the City Council,
This is Carl Benninger, a member of ETAC and Vice President of Com-
link. In short I strongly support approval of 20 A. You can see where our
city starts and ends by the horrible conditions of our medians. So any
fund to improve the appearance of our city is more then welcome. Thank
for your service to our city. Stay health and strong.
