THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on April 21, 2020,
by and between PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. ("Tenant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city
and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of
California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2018-282, dated December 19, 2018 ("Lease
Agreement"), by which City leased to Tenant certain office space at the Santa Ana Regional
Transportation Center for Tenant's business operations ("Premises").
B. The Lease Agreement remains in effect for a three-year period through December 18, 2021,
with provision for extension.
C. The parties now wish to amend the Lease Agreement to expand the square footage of the
Premises being leased by Tenant under the Lease Agreement.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 2, Premises, is amended to include in the Premises being leased by Tenant an
additional 777 square feet so that the total square feet subject to the Lease Agreement is 3,284
square feet, as depicted on Exhibit A.
2. Section 6, Rent, is amended such that, effective May 1, 2020, the Rent payable under the
Lease Agreement shall be the monthly sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Fifty -Four Dollars
($6,554), with any partial month prorated at $216 per day.
3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Lease
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
