("Contractor"), and the City of 3 Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). 113 RECITALS rV Al NO A. The parties entered into Agreement No. )K-2019-197, dated September 27, 2019, by which Contractor agreed to provide debris removal services on an on -call basis at various locations throughout the City in order to address the impacts of homelessness ("Agreement"). B. The original term of the Agreement is for one year, and the Agreement remains in effect through September 26, 2020, with provision for extension. C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the amount to be expended under the Agreement. The Parties therefore agree: Section 2, Compensation, is amended to increase the not -to -exceed expenditure during the term of the Agreement, including any extension periods, by $45,000, from $250,000 to $295,000. 2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
