Re: Extension of Consultant Agreement No. N-2004-018-01 to provide equipment maintenance and
related services
Dear Mr. Brush:
Pursuant to Section 2 ("Tenn") of Agreement No. N-2004-018-01 ("Agreement') entered into by
Technology Unlimited Inc. ("Consultant'), and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 26, 2018, the parties
agree to an extension of the tern of this Agreement for an additional one (1) year period, from March 1,
2020 through February 28, 2021. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to
cover this extension. All other terns and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force
and effect.
