Pursuant to Section 6 ("Tenn") of Agreement No. A-2017-070 entered into by Carpenter Rothans &
Dumont, LLP, and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 18, 2017, the time period of the Agreement is hereby
extended for an additional one (1) year period, fiom April 18, 2020 through April 17, 2021. The insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and
conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
