Dear Mayor and City Council,
I am in favor of the approval for the financial agreements with OC's Children Therapeutic Arts Center, Project
Kinship, and Orange County Conservation Corps so that they can provide workforce training for our
community's youth. This type of action should be a priority for the council, especially as it empowers our youth
instead of criminalizing them and keeping them on the streets.
