Pursuant to Section 2 ("Contract Term") of Agreement No. N-2019-207, entered between the Orange
County Fire Authority and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 1, 2019, the City hereby exercises the
one (1) optional one (1) year extension of the Term of the Agreement, thus extending the time period of
said Agreement for an additional one (1) year period from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. All other terms
and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
