ARTIST GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO ARTS AND CULTURE ARTIST GRANT PROGRAM
AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 61 day of July, 2020, by and between the City of
Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation, organized and existing under the
Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), and Gristina Miguel Mullen ("Grantee").
RECITALS
A. City and Grantee entered into Arts and Culture Artist Grant Program Agreement
number N-2019-191, dated August 20, 2019, for the purpose of providing grant
funding pursuant to the Investing in the Artist Grant Program ("said Agreement").
B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties
desire to amend Section 1 — Term, to extend said Agreement until June4W
- -2021.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the
terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as
follows:
Section 1, Term, shall be amended to read as follows:
"This Agreement shall commence on the date first written above and terminate
on June 30, 2021, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
The term of this Agreement may be extended upon a writing executed by the City
Manager and the City Attorney."
2. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this First Amendment to Arts and Culture
Artist Grant Program Agreement the date and year first above written.
