(CORONAVIRUS), THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARED A LOCAL EMERGENCY. CITY COUNCIL
WILL MEET VIA TELECONFERENCE. THERE WILL BE NO IN-PERSON PUBLIC MEETING
LOCATION.

PUBLIC COMMENTS - Members of the public may address the City Council on items on the

In accordance with California Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 regarding the Brown Act and
guidance from the California Department of Public Health on gatherings, please note the following:

without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice from the City
