RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE
OF HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
(888 N. MAIN STREET, SANTA ANA, CA)
Eastcom Corp. ("Owner") executed that certain Hold Harmless Agreement dated
August 7, 2018, which was recorded in the Official Records of the County of Orange on
August 14, 2020, as Instrument No. 2018000296467 ("Hold Harmless Agreement') for
the benefit of the City of Santa Ana, a California municipal corporation and charter city
("City").
Pursuant to the terms of the Hold Harmless Agreement, Owner has performed the
conditions to the satisfaction of the City. City, as the current beneficiary and holder of
such Agreement, hereby does release and reconvey to the Owner, as the person legally
entitled thereto, the Hold Harmless Agreement with regard to that certain real property
described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference
(the "Released Property").
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Owner and City have caused this Release and
Reconveyance of Hold Harmless Agreement to be executed on 2020.
