A Project Fund
at the
Orange County Community Foundation
This amendment to the Santa Ana Police Athletics & Activity League Fund is made this
9.12µ day of January, 2020 between the Santa Ana Police Athletic & Activity
League (PAAL), a program of the Santa Ana Police Department (hereinafter referred to
CD as the "Founder") and the Orange County Community Foundation, a California non-
-+ profit corporation (the "Community Foundation") as follows:

The Founder is adding the Field Operations Bureau — Supporting Division Commander
L-13 (currently Commander Michael Claborn) as an Advisor to the fund.
Advisors shall consist of the Field Operations Bureau —Supporting Division Commander,
the Santa Ana Chief of Police (currently David Valentin), the Santa Ana City Manager
(currently Kristine Ridge), and the PAAL Program Commander (currently John Holcomb).
The PAAL Program Commander or the Field Operations Commander and the Santa Ana
Chief of Police or the Santa Ana City Manager may from time to time make suggestions
to the Community Foundation concerning grants from the Fund in accordance with the
Donor -Advised Fund Policies and Procedures of the Community Foundation.
