Good afternoon city of Santa Ana Planning Commissioners,
I am a Santa Ana Homeowner, I have lived in Floral Park for the past 20 years. I am writing in support of
the staff recommendation to approve One Broadway Plaza amendment for residential use. I want to
see the city of Santa Ana to continue to grow. Its time we see progress and time we support developers
want to build and improve our city. I believe the added residential use will improve the proposed
project and will be a win win for the City of Santa Ana. I encourage you to approve this project and lets
move forward.
