Hello,
My Name is Norberto Avalos, I have reside in Santa Ana for 34 years.
I’m in support of this vital project that will generate community wealth for the city of Santa Ana as
long as this project has a PLA labor agreement, so that organizations who have state certified
apprenticeship programs can help residence earn livable wages.
PLA Labor agreement will allow quality responsible contractors like myself to employ local UNION
young men and women who can earn while they learn in their back yard.
I went through the 4 year Carpenters Training Program and it allowed me to support my family and
also prepared me to become a responsible UNION contractor. This project will allow me to give
back to my community by employing local residence, and veterans.
