RE: EXTENSION OF TERM OF CANNABIS OPERATING AGREEMENT

Pursuant to the terms of the Cannabis Operating Agreement ("said Agreement") entered into between the City of
Santa Ana ("City") and SCSA Group, Inc. DBA SCSA/South Coast Safe Access ("Operator") located at 1900 E.
Warner Ave., #IA in Santa Ana, the Term of said Agreement expires on December 31, 2020 but can be extended
for a two-year period by a writing issued by the City Manager and City Attorney, with approval of the Operator. All
other terms, conditions, and exhibits of said Agreement will remain in full effect until December 31, 2022.
Please execute this document below showing your approval to extend the Term of said Agreement through December
31, 2022. Return the signed document to the City to Ali Pezeshkpour at: City of Santa Ana, Planning and Building
Agency (M-20), 20 Civic Center Plaza, P.O. Box 1988, Santa Ana, CA 92702 by Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
Failure to sign and return this document will result in the termination of said Agreement on December 31, 2020 and
will result in violation of the requirements of your approved Regulatory Safety Permit. If you have any questions
