SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made this V%�
day of 1987, between
THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY a
Delaware Corporation, hereinafter designated
"Santa Fe" and the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a California
municipal corporation, hereinafter designated "City".
R E C I T A L S
By Agreement dated December 14, 1983, identified as Santa Fe Secretary's
Contract No. 168991, the parties hereto agreed to the construction and
maintenance of a public transportation center .in the City of Santa Ana.
Exhibit "A", attached to and made a part of said agreement, was a print of
Drawing C.E.C.L. No. 20-41279 --- 1 dated February 4, 1982, and last revised
May 11, 1983.
Santa Fe has now prepared a new Exhibit "A" drawing which reflects changes
which have been agreed to by the parties during construction of said public
transportation center, and other changes which the parties desire to
accomplish to complete the project.
Exhibit "B" dated April 20, 1982, revised October 26, 1982, attached to
and made a part of said agreement, was an estimate of cost of work to be
performed by Santa Fe in connection with said public transportation center.
Santa Fe has now prepared a new Exhibit "B" which reflects the estimated
cost of all work accomplished to date by Santa Fe, including changes which
have been agreed to by the parties during construction of said transportation
center, and other changes which the parties desire to accomplish to complete
the project.
Santa Fe and City being willing to supplement said agreements, the parties
hereto desire to set forth their understanding and agreement.
A G R E E M. E N T
It is agreed by and between the parties as follows:

1. Exhibit "A", C..E.C.L. Drawing No. 20-41279-1 dated 'February 4, 1982,
and last revised March 9, 1987, which is attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof, is hereby substituted in the place and
instead of Exhibit "A", Drawing C.E.C.L. No. 20-41279-1, last revised
May 11, 1983, attached to and made a part of Secretary's Contract
No. 168991, with like force and effect as though originally attached
thereto and made a part thereof.
2. Exhibit "B", dated March 9, 1987, which is attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof, is hereby substituted in the place and
instead of Exhibit "B", last revised October 2.6, 1982, attached to
and made a part of Secretary's Contract No. 168991, with like force
and effect as though originally attached thereto and made a part
thereof.
3. That as herein amended, Santa Fe Secretary's Contract No. 168993,
shall be and remain in force and effect.

ESTIMATE FOR
SANTA ANA INTERCITY TRANSPORTATION CENTER
Estimate of: costs by forces for: engineering, inspection and flagging,
permanent removal of garage, permanent relocation of signal facilities and
crossing warning devices at Fourth Street and Santa Ana Boulevard, and
installation of electric locks and power switch, permanent relocation of joint
signal/communication pole line, permanent relocation, construction and/or
removal of various tracks, permanent installation and removal of A.C. paving,
permanent installation of 240 track feet of rubber crossing material,
relocation of team track and unloading dock, all in connection with Santa Ana
Intercity Transportation Center. at Santa Ana, Fourth District, Los Angeles
Division.
