CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in the real property conveyed by easement deed dated October
28, 2020 signed by Johnney Zhang, to the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation duly organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority
