This proposal is in response to our meeting with the City on May 13, 2020. Scope of work for this project would consist of the creation of new System Platform -based SCADA system. It would utilize standardized System Platform objects and OMI-based graphics for a single pump station. These would be developed, deployed, and tested and would act as the starting point for the replacement of the existing DYNAC-ES SCADA System. The following figure illustrates the new system architecture. Note that this assumes the existence of a domain controller along with the existing Historian and Dream Report server. Scope of work would include: - Design & deployment of new System Platform -based architecture (the City already has a Historian and Dream Report deployed) - Design & development of new standard System Platform templates - Design & development of new OMI-based graphics - Deployment, testing, & commissioning of new system for the Walnut Pump Station - Post -commissioning support (Up to 24 hours) - Block of 160 T&M hours to provide support for a series of City -defined "miscellaneous" projects - Extended T&M Support - Travel allowance for one (1) week onsite Specific tasks included in this project would include: A.
