AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH STUDIOFOLIA. INC.
0. CDPfC9l`+aMt c)C�- TO PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on March 29, 2021,
by and between Studiofolia, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa
Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and
laws of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2019-251, dated October 25, 2019, by which
Consultant agreed to provide project management services for the Willits & Sullivan
Beautification Project Permanent Display ("Agreement").
B. The initial term of the Agreement was for one (1) year with an option to extend the term for
an additional one (1) year, which the parties exercised on August 20, 2020. The Agreement
is current and in effect and will expire on October 25, 2021.
C. The parties wish to amend the agreement to add additional services and increase the overall
compensation to pay for the additional services.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, is amended to add the following services:
Provide additional graphic design work for description plaque for Willits & Sullivan
Project Permanent Display by translating the hand -drawn lettering into a digital format that
can be used by the plaque fabricator to etch the image on to the stone plaque
• Services to be completed by April 30, 2021.
2. Section 2, COMPENSATION, is amended to increase the overall compensation per the
following:
a. The total amount to be expended for this Agreement shall not exceed $2,800. This amount
includes the base amount of $2,000 plus $800 to compensate the Consultant for the
additional services detailed above.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain
in full force and effect.
