Re: Extension of Consultant Agreement No. N-2021-121
Dear Mr. Miller:
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. N-2021-121 entered into by the County of Orange,
and the City of Santa Ana, dated May 27, 2021, the termination date of said Right of Entry and License
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) month from June 30, 2021 to July 31, 2021.
All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
