Re: Second Extension of Lease Agreement No. N-2019-118
Pursuant to Section 5 ("Extension Periods") of the above -referenced Lease Agreement, entered into by
Serco, Inc. and later assigned to LAZ Parking California, LLC ("Tenant'), and the City of Santa Ana, dated
June 18, 2019 and as amended, the option is hereby provided to Tenant to extend the term of the Lease
Agreement for the period of one additional year ending June 30, 2022. Tenant shall agree to this extension
by signature below. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement, as amended and assigned, remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
