GRANT OF EASEMENT
(Temporary Construction Easement)

THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION (hereinafter,
"Grantor"), is the owner of that certain real property located in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, designated as Assessor's Parcel Number 403-072-02 ("Grantor's
Property"). FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor hereby grants to the ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY, a
public entity, ("Grantee"), its employees, agents, representatives, contractors, successors and
assigns, a temporary easement for construction of the SR-55 Improvement Project, in, on, over,
under, and across that portion of Grantor's Property more particularly described in Exhibit "Cl",
depicted in Exhibit "C2" and incorporated herein by this reference. The term of the easement
described herein will commence on the date of the deposit of funds into escrow and expire sixty
(60) months thereafter.
