Dear Commissioners:
I am writing to give my support to the proposed project. My name is Stephen
Newcomb. I am trustee for an estate which owns property directly north of this
proposed project. Our family has owned this property since 1883.
I will be more than happy to see this development completed as the corner is
unattractive and does nothing to contribute to this intersection’s appeal.
The recent Starbucks development has added much appeal and I believe this will
too, as well as bring additional city revenue.
