Hello,
I have no connection to this project other than living within the 500 foot project notification
radius. I do not know any of the project applicants or employees, nor do I have a directfinancial stake in this project.
I'm writing in strong support of the project. I support this project because I believe it will help
improve Santa Ana economically. Currently, the address sits as a vacant lot, loweringproperty values and quality of life for the neighborhood. Building this housing will increase
the supply of housing, which tends to lower housing costs for individuals. It also will improveproperty values by making the area more desirable.
I strongly encourage the approval of this project, and for the city to encourage more
development projects in more of the empty lots around the city.
