To Planning Commission,
My name is Dzung Dan Nguyen. I am the owner of the property located at 1222 N. Bewley
which is 3 lots away from the the proposed project at 1122 North Bewley.
I am in support of the proposed project because this project will create more availablehousings to the residents of Santa Ana, increase annual revenue to the city and county, create
jobs for construction workers. As long as there are adequate parking spaces within thedevelopment, street parkings should not be impacted.
