Project:The
applicant is
proposing to utilize
an existing 370,000-
square foot vacant
industrial building
and establish a
distribution center
and truck terminal.
The applicant is
requesting approval
of the following land
use entitlements:
(1) Conditional Use
Permit No. 2020-13 to
allow the operation
of a truck terminal
and distribution
center and (2)
Variance No. 2020-02
to allow a reduction
in required off-street
parking by
approximately 49
percent.
Environmental
Impact:The
