I am not in favor of the Variance No. 2020-02 to allow a reduction in required off-street parking by approximately 49 percent. There is no off street parking on Dyer Road. There is little open or unused parking on Halladay Street or Orange Avenue and Goetz Avenue. On Thursdays, the local homes have street sweeper, so some of them take what’s left of the parking. I own 531 Goetz Avenue, and due to an outside business who has people park and get on to a van and go to work somewhere else, I requested and got a 24 minutes parking in front of our business. With ten employees, we have all of them park on our property, I cannot say this of my neighbors. In short, how or where is this off-street parking going to be? Please reconsider the Variance No. 2020-02, there is not enough public street available. Thank you.
