To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Ryan Chase and ama 4th generation / longtime property owner in Downtown Santa Ana. I am writing this letter in support of El Rincon Mexicano and their ability to open until 2am. Being open until 2am is a positive thing as encourages an 18 hour city and activity, which in turns activates the streets and ultimately makes things safer. In addition, due to COVID operating a restaurant is a vcry complex and challenging and believe the City should do whatever it can to help support and help them survive.
