Mr. Chairman and Commissioners
This is Dave Elliott, president/CEO of your Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce. I am writing in
support of agenda item Number 2 the 201 West Third project or known to some as the 3rd
and Broadway project.
In support of this project I see a great increased value to our city from an economic
development perspective. Enhanced downtown business, better parking, increased
residential capacity, much needed hotel and gives us more tax revenue, jobs and a beautiful
new project in the heart of our city. All of this contributes to a city "open for business".
