To whom it may concern,
I am writing in response to a notice I received from the city of Santa Ana planning department regarding the
development of more condos on 301 Dash 305 Mountain View. I am a current homeowner at 223 N. Mountain
View and I am opposing to the project. Overtime the area has gotten noisier, congestion with outside public parking
because we have no parking permits unlike the residential area on our opposite side who also take up space on our
public side not parking permit required. Crime has gone up in the area so by adding more development of
condominiums, means more people, more crime and more drug dealers. What we need is more police patrolling our
area. Not add any more congestion. The developers of the 301 Dash 305 project shit instead look into developing
out towards downtown Santa Ana. I strongly oppose the project.
