I am in support of the project at 1801 E. Fourth Street
Chair McLoughlin and Members of the Planning Commission,
My name is Lisandro, I am a homeowner in French Park. I wanted to express my support for
the new housing project at 1801 E. Fourth Street. This vacant lot is a major entryway into the
City from the 5 freeway and has been vacant for years. This new project will not only improve
the visual aesthetics of this important entryway into the City but it will also add much needed
housing. Yes, it is not affordable housing but we need to have a mix of both affordable housing
projects and market rate projects to alleviate the pressure on the limited new housing stock in
Santa Ana.
Finally, the architecture/design along First Street is fantastic.
