Hello There!
My name is Bernie Dickson and I am a resident of the city of Santa Ana. I am writing to demand to postpone the
adoption of the general plan until efficient community engagement is completed. Under SB1000, community input
is required to combat environmental injustices. Santa Ana is facing a soil lead contamination crisis, we demand to
postpone the adoption until the community input such as OCEJ’s strategy framework is incorporated.
