My name is Melissa Palmerin. I line in ward 3 and I oppose the approving the general plan. We need to
postpone the general plan. 38 years ago, was the last comprehensive update of the general plan. Four
years isn't enough to determine the next 25 years of our lives, especially when the outreach has been
minimal.
