First Amendment to End -User Agreement

This Amendment to the End -User Agreement (this "Amendment"), effective as of October 01,
2021, by and between CS Disco, Inc. ("DISCO") and City of Santa Ana ("Customer") amends and
modifies that certain End -User Agreement between DISCO and Customer, effective as of March 19,
N 2021, (the "Agreement'). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have
o the meanings given to such terms in the Agreement. Unless expressly stated herein, all of the provisions
of the Agreement, and any amendments, addenda, and/or notices thereto, remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.

® For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
the parties hereto agree as follows:
Minimum Charge. The last sentence of Section 3 in Schedule A is deleted and replaced with the
following sentence:
"A minimum charge of $250 per database per month applies."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each undersigned party hereto has caused this Amendment to be duly
executed effective as of the date first written above.
