RE: Third Amendment to Settlement Agreement N-2021-176 for City of Santa of Santa et
al. v Carl A & Mario A Stevens Trust, at. al., Case No. 30-2020-01167808-CU-MC-NJC
Pursuant to Section 5 (Transfer of Ownership) of the above -referenced Settlement Agreement, entered
into by the Carl P. & Mario B. Stevens Trust and the City of Santa Ana ("Agreement"), the October 8,
2021 deadline for the close of escrow set by the 1" and 2" amendments to the Agreement, is hereby
extended to November 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
