Hello,
This is a KEY historical building. Your letter states that the owners want to rebuild the front
porch, add a room(s) in the back, change the windows, and rehab the garage. What will these
new additions look like? Will they retain the character of the house?
Will making these changes remove the Duhart House from a KEY historical rating in Santa
Ana?
