Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2020-240, entered into by Moore tacofh�
Goltsman, Inc., dba MIG, Inc. ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated December I, 2020, the
term of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional six (6) month period, from January I, 2022
through June 30, 2022. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover
this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, remain unchanged and in full force
and effect.
