Pursuant to Section 1.2 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2017-288 ("Agreement") entered into by Legacy
Inmate Communications and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 17, 2017, and subsequently assigned
to Global Tel Link Corporation on November 24, 2020, the time period of said Agreement is hereby
extended for an additional and final one (1) year period, from November 1, 2021 through October 31,
2022. Insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
