In the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, being those portions of lot 1, and
lot 12 of Block A, of Santa Ana Investment Company Tract No. 1, Humphrey's Addition to Santa
Ana, as shown on a map, recorded in book 11, page 39 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, lying Southeasterly, Easterly and Northeasterly of the following described
line:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Third Street with the survey line of Grand
Avenue (formerly Bartlett Avenue), as survey line is shown on Record of Survey 2009-1093, filed
in Book 236, Pages 17 through 20, in the Office of Orange County Recorder,
Thence, Westerly along the centerline of said Third Street, North 89' 35' 27" West, 70.29 feet;
Thence, North 0° 24' 33" East, 25.00 feet to a point on the South line of said lot 12, said point also
being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence, North 42' 53' 20" East, 22.21 feet to a point of intersection of a line parallel with and
