Pursuant to Section 3 of Agreement No. N-2018-215, entered into by Gold Coast Appraisals,
Inc., a California corporation, and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 12, 2018, the term of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional six (6) month period from October 12, 2021 through
April 11, 2022. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in
full force and effect.
